Health and Performance Centre is serious about protecting our patients and staff. We are following public health recommendations set in place by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and have put preventative measures in place surrounding the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
We have increased our sanitizing efforts, designated hand washing stations and have numerous hand sanitizer stations positioned throughout our clinics. Our staff are screened for recent travel or symptoms and will be using professional precautions to ensure public safety.
Here are three main ways we are asking for your assistance:
- Reschedule your appointments if you are feeling ill and follow the latest public health recommendations.
- If you are arriving back from out of the country, we ask you follow the recommended 14-day self-quarantine guideline. We will schedule your next appointment after this period.
- Wash your hands in the provided hand washing station immediately upon entry and minimize physical contact.
