Health and Performance Clinic is located on Corner Brook, on the west coast. The city is nestled in the Bay of Islands and just hours from Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Health and Performance Centre – Corner Brook, NL

Full-time

Health and Performance Centre’s beautiful new prime location in Corner Brook is excited to welcome an additional Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary health care team. We are an enthusiastic clinic that is passionate about making huge health impacts in the community we serve. 

The ideal candidate has 2 years’ experience assessing and treating clients, though new grads and those with less experience will receive mentorship. You will work alongside other health care professionals including family physicians, specialists, and many health disciplines. 

Are you interested in orthopedics but also love to explore additional areas of special interest? We have in-house referrers for Pelvic Floor Rehab, Breast Cancer Treatment and Women’s Health, and Sports Medicine/Physiotherapy. You will work alongside Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, and more. 

You will need to be/have:

  • A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  • Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Preferably experienced within a private clinic setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Friendly, adaptable, open-minded, outgoing, and confident

We have in-house referrers for special health issues such as Lymphedema, Pregnancy, and Women’s Health, and Sports. You will work alongside Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, and more. 

You will need to be/have:

  • A graduate of a recognized university Massage Therapy program
  • Registered with the Provincial regulatory board
  • Preferably experienced within a private clinic setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
