Adrienne Oliver
Adrienne received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University before going on to pursue a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University (2011). Adrienne’s fieldwork placements gave her the opportunity to work with individuals with a range of different disabilities, focusing on optimizing their engagement in meaningful daily activities and occupations. Adrienne worked in the areas of disability case management and orthopaedic bracing in Nova Scotia before returning home to Newfoundland to work with Western Health.
After completing Matheson training in functional capacity evaluation, Adrienne has returned to the private sector to work in the area of occupational rehabilitation, including workplace/clinic-based occupational rehabilitation and functional assessment. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with family and friends in her hometown of Stephenville and strives to lead a healthy lifestyle.
